We’ve always been passionate about the humble British Carvery, but felt it was rather neglected. So, after much thought and hard work, we gave the concept a radical roasting resulting in the birth of our new Contemporary Carveries.

Designed to attract a new audience whilst not alienating our regulars, we have created a modern twist on the much loved classic. The environment is contemporary whilst still homely and comfortable. An extensive fresh main menu accompanies the carvery making us more of a pub with a feature carvery.

Our wine list is broad and gives customers the chance to experiment and enjoy a premium glass of wine whatever the price point.

We haven’t forgotten that we are also a pub and have worked hard to ensure our customers can still pop in and have a drink or two without feeling as though they need to be looking for a menu.

We are extremely proud of the fact that our carvery meats and most of our fresh vegetables are sourced from British farms.  We are also the first managed pub company to secure ‘Red Tractor Farm Assurance’ on a large number of our dishes - one of many reasons why we won The British Hospitality Association award for Food Excellence in 2008!

Our British carveries don’t promote on price but believe quality and service in a great pub are the main ingredients for success.
